A GRINNELL MAN IS FACING CRIMINAL CHARGES IN TAMA FOR AN ALLEGED SCAM.
59-YEAR OLD DANIEL WILLIAM HUEBNER OF GRINNELL WAS ARRESTED AT HIS HOME IN GRINNELL BY TAMA POLICE FEBRUARY 10TH AND charged with committing acts of specified unlawful activity - ongoing criminal conduct. He posted bail and was released.
Huebner is accused of being involved in numerous money transactions involving the removal of the victim’s invested funds. Some of the victim’s money WAS investED in HUEBNER’S own properties.
Police saY the investigation has been lengthy and complex.
