Camera Basics II Workshop 

Are you looking to learn about your new camera or expand your knowledge of your current one? If so, join photographer Mike Cox as he continues with his Camera Basics series with a presentation on Saturday, February 18 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Neal Smith National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center.

In this session, Mike will cover light metering, composition, data management, and provide some sample settings for various situations. After lunch, which is on your own, Mike will lead a photo walk from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm to explore the winter sights around the Visitor Center, weather permitting.

Items to bring: your camera with 1 or 2 lenses, notepad, pen/pencil, appropriate outdoor attire for the weather conditions. To register for this free program and to get additional information, contact [email protected] or call 515-994-3400.
