On Clean Up day items should be place curbside prior to 6 am. The Clean Up Day is Wednesday, May 10th. Unacceptable items that will not be picked up include: tires, Hazardous waste such as automobile batteries, waste oil and oil based paint, construction or remodeling materials, liquid waste or waste containing free liquids, waste generated outside the City Limits, Waste generated by Non-Residential customers, including business, churches and schools, agricultural waste from farm uses and solid waste containing asbestos or any other hazardous substance. Those wishing to dispose of the unacceptable items should make arrangements directly with a licensed hauler at their own expense.
