2.  The plastic particles in your bottled water could kill you.A new study found more than 90 percent of bottles of water from Aquafina, Dasani, Evian, and all of the other major brands have tiny particles of plastic in them.  And over time, that plastic could make you sick . . . or potentially even KILL you.

3.  Your commute is worse for you than PTSD?All that time you spend sitting in your car can REALLY mess with your head.  According to a psychoanalyst in New York, a stressful commute is, quote, “more toxic to your body than PTSD” and can have a long-term impact on your health and happiness.
