I’m a whimp when it comes to running. When I run, I need something to distract me from the fact that is what I’m doing.  Netflix is perfect for this. It has helped me find my stride. If I can find the right thing to watch, I can run for miles.  Here are some distractions that I credit for my advancement;

SHOWS: Orange Is The New Black, Glow, Alias Grace, Breaking Bad, Shameless, Black Mirror (favorite)

MOVIES: It Follows, The Invitation, Train to Busan

P.S. My trick for sticking with it is to strictly only watch Netflix while working out. It really helps!
