First B.O.B Sightings of the Season!!

First, A primer for those un-washed and un-informed . . .

A B.O.B stands for “Brotherhood Of The Bulb”, a moniker I gave to those who go “above and beyond . . . waayyyy beyond” when it comes to Christmas lights and decorations.

But not just that. Its the length of time they STAY up that elevates them to this most honored status. I’m talking February . . . . March . . . and BEYOND!

But until the other night when I had la familia in the car coming back from dinner that it was pointed out to me that I was only looking at one end of the spectrum. Not that that’s a bad thing, especially if you’re a proctologist. But what about those brave souls who put up their holiday decorations EVEN before Thanksgiving?!?!?! So with apologies to the Anheuser-Busch company,
“This BOB’s for You”

Can’t wait to see what “BOBS” up to the surface after Thanksgiving!
