Free Birth Lab Workshop At Mercy One Newton

Haleigh Jackson, pelvic floor physical therapist at MercyOne Newton Medical Center, is excited to offer a FREE Birth Lab workshop for moms and their partners! We will be talking about things you can do to work through the marathon of labor, how to push, and what to expect in those first two weeks postpartum.
Additionally, Christine Hinshaw, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, will present at this workshop to help you get the right start in your breastfeeding journey.
We plan to offer this workshop a few times throughout the year, but our first will be from 6-7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 7.
