OWLS Program “Paper Quilling”
Jasper County Conservation Board will host an Older, Wiser, Livelier Seniors (OWLS) program on Wednesday, February 14 at the Jasper County Armory/Annex Building in Newton. The public is invited to come for 10:00 a.m. coffee and a program given by Heidi Holley. Heidi makes cards and art using the method of paper quilling–rolling, shaping and gluing paper into decorative designs. Heidi will demonstrate the technique and provide materials needed to make your own Valentine's Day cards. The OWLS program is a conservation program that encourages seniors to stay active
