An annual inspection and maintenance agreement for the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system at the Jasper County Law Enforcement Center has been renewed for another year. Tuesday Jasper County Supervisors unanimously approved another 1-year contract with The Waldinger Corporation of Des Moines. Adam Sparks, the County’s Maintenance Director, presented the 7-thousand 360-dollar proposal to the board.

Sparks says The Waldinger Corporation has been doing this inspection and preventative maintenance work at the Law Enforcement Center for about 5 years, with no issues at all.

The 7-thousand 360-dollars paid to the Waldinger Corporation does not cover parts, repairs, or new equipment installation. The Des Moines firm provides service priority and preferred labor rates to their service agreement clients. An
