Demo Work on Three Newton D & D Properties Officially Completed
The Newton City Council has signed off on the demolition work a Reasnor Company completed for the City…at three locations. On July 6th…Lanphier Excavating was awarded a contract to demolish the houses on three City owned Dangerous and Dilapidated Building’s properties. The City’s Community Services Director signed the Statement of Completion Form, acknowledging the project has been completed in compliance with the contract. 48-thousand 700-dollars is the final cost of clearing, for redevelopment, the lots at 209 North 13th Avenue West, 909 East 7th Street North, and 1015 East 9th Street North.
