Public Health Department Building Lease Modified
Due to last month’s purchase of the former NewCare Health Services Building at 315 West 3rd Street North, the Jasper County Board of Supervisors this morning amended the County’s lease for the building that houses the County Health Department.
That’s County Supervisor Doug Cupples. Mr. Van Dusseldorp is Scott Van Dusseldorp, Business Development Manager for Van Dee Inc. of Newton, which owns the building at 114 West 4th Street South. That’s where the County Public Health Department moved after leaving the County Annex Building. Changing the lease to month to month will allow the Department to stay at its current location until the Old NewCare property is ready.
